 At Live Room Audio Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality digital drum samples & VST Plugins to enhance your music production. Due to the digital nature of our products, specific terms apply to returns and refunds.

Refunds for Drum Samples

Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once your purchase has been completed and the product downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or returns. If you experience any technical issues or have concerns about your purchase, please contact us at support@liveroomaudio.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues

If you encounter any problems with your download, such as corrupted files or incomplete downloads, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase at support@liveroomaudio.com. We’re here to ensure that you receive a functional product and will provide assistance as needed.

Refunds for VST PLUGINS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If our plugin doesn’t work as expected in your setup, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@liveroomaudio.com.

To be eligible for a refund, please include your order number and a brief description of the issue you’re experiencing. We may ask for basic troubleshooting information (your DAW, operating system and plugin format) so we can attempt to resolve the problem first.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your license key will be deactivated upon refund.

If you experience technical issues such as installation problems, crashes or compatibility concerns, please contact us before requesting a refund. We’re happy to help troubleshoot and in most cases can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds for Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your purchase was made without authorization, contact us immediately at support@liveroomaudio.com. We may request additional information to verify your claim and resolve the issue appropriately.
