Beethoven Drums – ICONOPHONIC

A musical and expressive drum from the pioneers at ‘Beethoven’. A thinner, shallower, 1.2mm 14×5 bronze shell, paired with triple-flanged hoops, means it is far more open and less ‘cutting’ than some of the other metal snares in the collection. The two options available are similarly detailed and at either end of the ‘medium’ tuning range, covering both the natural, overtone heavy ‘open’ and the drier, ‘damped’ options. A personal favourite!
