END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Welcome! Thanks for choosing Live Room Audio for your drum samples. This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is here to explain what you can and can’t do with the sounds we provide. By downloading or using our drum samples, loops, and other sounds (collectively, the “Samples”), you agree to these terms.
1. Your License to Use Our Samples
We’re giving you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Samples in your music and other audio projects. Here’s what that means:
1.1. What You CAN Do:
You can use these Samples in your own original music, soundtracks, performances, or other audio/visual projects. Feel free to get creative—this license covers both personal and commercial use.
You’re allowed to modify, change, or mix the Samples as you see fit to make them work in your projects.
1.2. What You CAN’T Do:
You can’t resell, rent, lease, or distribute the Samples as standalone files, or as part of another sample pack, sound library, or any other type of sound product.
You can’t share the Samples in a way that lets other people download or use them on their own. They need to stay within your project files and can’t be made available separately.
2. Ownership
Even though you have the right to use our Samples as described above, we (or our licensors) still own them. This Agreement doesn’t transfer ownership to you—it just gives you permission to use the Samples in the ways outlined here.
3. Restrictions
To keep things fair and protect our work, there are a few more things you can’t do with the Samples:
Don’t use the Samples in any project that’s illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise against the law. Let’s keep it clean and respectful!
Don’t use the Samples on their own as sound effects or in a way that isolates them from your project. The Samples should be part of a larger work and not standalone sounds.
4. Termination of License
If you break any of these rules, this Agreement will automatically end, and you’ll lose the rights granted here. If that happens, you’ll need to stop using the Samples and delete any copies you have. Obviously this is hard to police, but all we’re asking for is respect for our hard work and creative endeavours.
5. Warranties and Liability
We provide these Samples “as is.” That means we don’t make any promises about them being perfect, error-free, or exactly what you need for your project. Use them at your own risk!
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won’t be liable for any damages that result from using (or not being able to use) the Samples. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Samples.
6. Indemnification
If you use the Samples in a way that causes legal trouble for us (for example, if someone sues us because of how you used the Samples), you agree to cover any costs, damages, and legal fees that we incur.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If there’s a dispute, you agree to resolve it in the courts located in your location.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Samples. It overrides any previous discussions or agreements we might have had.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We might update this Agreement from time to time. If we make any big changes, we’ll post the updated Agreement on our website or notify you through other means. By continuing to use the Samples, you agree to the new terms.
10. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement will still apply.
By downloading or using our Samples, you’re agreeing to these terms. Thanks for respecting our work, and we hope you enjoy creating with our sounds!
